The Warwick-based company, which is part of Spanish waste equipment giant Ros Roca, has sold eight new refuse collection vehicles (RCVs) to Inverclyde council and another three to Dundee city council.
Inverclyde's long working relationship with Dennis Eagle was alluded to by the council's transport officer, John McWilliams, who said: “We have worked with Dennis Eagle for a number of years and we have found that their vehicles suit our operations.
“The sales, after sales, warranty and service teams are always willing to help to ensure that any issues that arise are solved quickly.”

Meanwhile, in Dundee, the new trucks include a 6×2 Elite 2 W Mid Lift with Olympus 19W body and two 6×2 Elite 2 W Mid Steer with Olympus 21W bodies, taking the number of Dennis Eagle vehicles in the city council's fleet to 33.
The latest vehicles were chosen partly due to their low entry cab, which aims to make entering and exiting easier for the crews onboard, while they are also able to cope with the varieties of refuse collection, including black bag, wheelie bin waste and paladin collection.
Stewart Dodd, team leader for the waste management department for Dundee City council said: “We have been working with Dennis Eagle for over 12 years as it offers a one stop shop for all of our requirements.
“The vehicles are reliable, well built and fit for purpose and buying the complete package from one company means that we can be sure that everything works properly.”
