The company employs 19 staff and provides critical waste management services across Scotland, including the processing of hazardous waste.

The company reported that it had faced rising costs and increasing cashflow pressures in recent months, leading to the appointment of administrators.

James Stephen and Kerry Bailey of BDO LLP were appointed as joint administrators on 2 September 2025.

The joint administrators confirmed they are supporting employees through the process while exploring options for the future of the business, including a potential sale.

They encouraged any parties interested in an acquisition of the business to “lodge their interest with the Joint Administrators as soon as possible.”

James Stephen, Joint Administrator, said: “The Company has historically been profitable and provides unique services in the sector in particular with regard to hazardous waste.

“We are keen to engage with interested parties as soon as possible to explore this opportunity.”
