The acquisition sees PMG join the wider Enovert Group, following a series of strategic additions by the business in recent years, including ABC Power Solutions and North East landfill and waste treatment operator Highfield Environmental in 2023.
Commenting on the acquisition, Enovert Chief Executive Mark Silvester said: “Enovert is extremely pleased to have acquired PMG SW Limited, a business we recognise as a leading specialist waste and industrial services provider in the South West region.

Enovert is a landfill site operator, previously known as Cory Environmental Resource Management.
PMG Group
Based at Church Lane in Severn Beach, Bristol, PMG was established in the 1990s by Pat and Bernie McGuinness and has grown into a specialist operator serving the South West region.
Silvester added: “PMG has excelled under the ownership of the McGuinness family creating a strong recognisable brand that stands out for its exceptional customer service and reliability.
“Enovert will bring additional support and waste expertise to PMG and we’ll use Enovert’s own strong roots in the South West of England to ensure PMG continues to grow and excel in the sector.”
The company operates from recently constructed premises that house its recycling facility, incorporating specialist separation and dewatering technology.
Constructed in 2025, the permitted treatment facility is designed to process road sweepings, gully waste and liquid wastes, producing recycled aggregates intended to support the circular economy.
Alongside its waste treatment operations, PMG also operates a fleet of road sweepers serving the street and industrial cleansing sector.
The business provides services to the construction and quarrying industries, local authorities, and commercial and domestic customers across the South West.
