The Waste Leadership Summit is a national conference from letsrecycle.com bringing together senior leaders from across waste management, local authorities, retail, food & drink, manufacturing and the public sector for one day of high-level discussion at No. 4 Hamilton Place, Mayfair.
The programme covers four sessions – the future of waste investment, public-private innovation, transformative investment case studies and policy overload and implementation risk. Every session is built around what is actually happening in the sector right now, with the people driving it.
Confirmed speakers include Denise Mathieson, Emma Beal (All We Have Ltd), Kirsty Alexander (Local Partnerships), Keith James (WRAP), Dan Cooke (CIWM), David Taylor (GMCA Waste and Resources), Dan Carolan (SUEZ), Jeremy Blake (PackUK), James McLeary (Biffa Polymers) and Mike Brown (Rooted Environmental).
Six roundtables run during the lunch break – focused peer-to-peer discussions on circular growth, e-waste and vapes, packaging and EPR, food waste, waste crime and the Emissions Trading Scheme. Local authority delegates can join a roundtable at no additional cost – places are limited to two per table.
