Now in its 47th year, the three-day event at the NEC will play host to more than 750 exhibitors displaying the latest industry products and services from 16th to 18th September 2014.

Organised in partnership with the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM), and supported by the Environmental Services Association (ESA), more than 13,000 visitors are expected to attend the show this year including council officers, waste contractors and consultants.
Meanwhile, the show will make a transition to Halls 4 and 5 of the NEC in order to provide ease of access and allow visitors easier navigation of the exhibits. The halls are the largest exhibition rooms in the UK.
Speakers
RWM 2014 will feature more than 70 seminars as well a new theatre that will play host to over 40 speakers across the three day event.
The Circular Economy Connect (CEC) Theatre aims to address the barriers to creating a more circular economy and will include talks from Nigel Marsh, global head of environment at Rolls Royce, James Walker, group head of innovation at Kingfisher, and current chairman of Ocado Sir Stuart Rose who will deliver the keynote address.
Sarah Porter, divisional director for the environment events at i2i, which includes RWM in partnership with CIWM, said: Were delighted to announce Sir Stuart Rose as one of our keynote speakers in the new Circular Economy Connect area of RWM.
He is credited with reviving the fortunes of fashion group Arcadia and will have a wealth of insights on stakeholder engagement and refreshing approaches to inspire our visitors with.
Communities secretary and MP for Brentwood and Ongar Eric Pickles, is also due to speak on the morning of September 17th in the Local Authority Theatre, where he is expected to deliver his thoughts on TEEP, waste collection frequencies and how councils can meet ambitious EU recycling targets.
Exhibitors
The show will also see hundreds of exhibitors descend on the NEC from across the UK, including some familiar faces. Waste vehicle specialist Dennis Eagle will return this year to showcase its latest RCV, the Elite 6.
The Elite 6 is billed as a safer and more comfortable RCV that meets the requirements of the Euro 6 emissions standards and offers improved driver visibility. The company will be at stand 5Y120.
IQR Systems will also be appearing at the show at stand 4E120-F121 this year, offering design turnkey systems for crushing shredding of the build of combined heat and power plants. The firm will be highlighting its new line in the manufacturing of wood waste gasification technology.
Meanwhile, Straight plc which has this month been taken over by Irish firm One51 will be attending the exhibition to showcase its portfolio waste containers at stand 5Q90-R91.

Elsewhere in the halls, Eriez Magnetics Europe Ltd will be showing its advances in metal separation technology at stand 5S142-T143. Visitors this year are welcome to bring samples for testing at the stand, where the separation of fine particles from recyclables will be showcased.
And, Sutco which has over 20 years experience in the UK market on PFI and non-PFI projects, will also be demonstrating its plant installation solutions at stand 5Q70-R71.
