Wood recyclers launch new website

The trade body for the wood recycling sector, the Wood Recyclers Association, has launched a new website which includes a full directory of its members.

The website, www.woodrecyclers.org, was officially launched at the WRA’s members’ summer meeting last week.

Julia Turner, Executive Director of the WRA, said: “The idea of this new site was to make it fully informative for both members and other stakeholders, as well as the ideal platform for businesses to find WRA members offering services they need.

“We are really pleased with the result and hope our members will be as well. We will be updating it regularly to help make it a useful platform that people want to come back to.”

Agendas

The website includes a full member directory, searchable by region, type of business or business name. There is also a separate log in area for WRA members, which will contain meeting minutes, agendas, presentations and consultations among other information.

The site also includes an online link to the Wood Recycling magazine as well as useful facts and figures about the UK’s wood recycling and recovery market.

WRA members can register online to gain access to the member area. Once they have registered they will receive confirmation of their password.
