Organisers are encouraging waste, recycling and resource professionals to register for a free ticket ahead of the event, which will bring together more than 400 waste and recycling solution providers across the two days, including PackUK, Suez Recycling and Recovery UK, Veolia and Dennis Eagle.
A new VIP Fleet Professionals Programme headlines the 2026 features list. Senior fleet decision-makers can benefit from fast-track entry, complimentary parking and an exclusive fleet networking event on 16 September, by registering as normal via the ticket form and selecting the fleet professional option.
The programme sits alongside Waste Trucks Live, sponsored by NRG Riverside, which will let fleet operators and buyers compare specialist waste vehicles side by side on the show floor.
RWM Connect, a new evening networking event created in partnership with CIWM, will also launch on Wednesday 16 September at The VOX, Resorts World Birmingham, bringing together 900 senior figures from across the sector for drinks, live entertainment and conversation once the show floor closes for day one.

Unlike the main show, RWM Connect requires a separate paid ticket, available here. Places are limited and expected to sell out quickly.
New for 2026, the ESS Expo Careers Fair is a dedicated recruitment-focused feature connecting employers, recruiters and training providers directly with students, graduates, career changers and professionals looking to build a career in the environmental sector.
Also new this year is the Start-up, Scale-up, Innovation and Investors Network, a collaborative space bringing together start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, investors, banks, funding bodies, legal advisers, private equity firms and corporate buyers in one setting focused on investment in environmental innovation.
Rob Mowat, Managing Director at RWM Expo, commented: “Every year we aim to build on what works to support the industry, and add features that reflect what matters most to it.
“This year that’s fleet investment, green skills and careers, and environmental investment, alongside everything RWM Expo is already known for.”

Returning features include the LARAC Lounge, sponsored by PermiServ, a dedicated meeting point for local authority waste and recycling professionals within the Collections and Transport Zone; the 35 Under 35 Awards, sponsored by Grundon Waste Management, recognising rising talent in the sector (entries close 3 July); and Live Waste Processing Demonstrations, where shredders, balers, separators and other equipment will operate on real material in a dedicated outdoor demonstration area.
RWM speakers for 2026 are set to be officially announced in the coming weeks, with further details on the show’s conference programme expected to follow.
RWM sits within the wider Environmental Services & Solutions (ESS) Expo, which expects 16,000 visitors across the two days. Attendees who visited ESS Expo in 2025 automatically qualify for ESS Loyalty Rewards and can upgrade to a VIP ticket for 2026 if they sign up before 7 August.
Those who didn’t attend in 2025 can still earn VIP status for free by referring others to the show.
Free tickets to attend RWM are available now.
