New York-based Complete Solutions & Sourcing is a waste and recycling services management company specialising in grocery store anchored shopping centres, multi-family residential units and retail segments.
Waste Focus, located in Massachusetts, is a waste management company specialising in the property management, hospitality and manufacturing sectors.
Both brands already have close links with Lincoln Waste Solutions which was acquired by Reconomy in August 2024. The acquisition added hundreds of major retail and Fortune 500 clients to its client portfolio.
The waste company will also acquire over 100 employees and scale its operations to 15,000 sites which manage over one million tonnes of waste per year.

The businesses will integrate with Lincoln Waste Solutions, led by CEO John Ayvas and headquartered in Hartford, Connecticut, and will sit in Reconomy’s “Recycle Loop” portfolio – led by Michael Williams, executive vice president of circular solutions for North America.

Reconomy now has operations in over 80 countries and employees more than 4,000 people.
