The business also intends to explore new markets and bring additional expertise into the team.

BMT supplies integrated hardware, software and professional services to more than 100 local authorities across the UK, supporting waste collection, recycling and street cleansing operations.
Its flagship platform, Collective, is designed to improve municipal service delivery through route optimisation, real-time performance monitoring and resident engagement tools.
The platform also includes features such as newsfeeds and virtual assistants to keep households informed about bin collections and recycling services, alongside safety tools aimed at helping crews identify risks in the field.
