SunEnviro acquires Norfolk skip-hire company

SunEnviro Group has announced the acquisition of Pip Skips, a Norfolk based skip-hire company.

Originally a family-owned waste management company, Pip Skips was established in 1992.

According to SunEnviro Group, Pip Skips will maintain all existing contracts, contact numbers and email addresses.

The SunEnviro Group has said that the acquisition of Pip Skips, located in Dereham, Norfolk, aims to increase its coverage across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.

It added that this acquisition will also aim to improve logistics, faster response times and demolitions services provided by SunDemolition, a subsidiary of the SunEnviro Group.

‘Thrilled’

Mat Stewart, managing director of SunEnviro, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Pips Skips to the SunEnviro family. This merger represents a major step forward in our mission to provide comprehensive, sustainable waste management solutions across the East of England.

“Our combined expertise and resources mean we can serve our communities more effectively than ever. It’s a win-win for everyone involved!”

Mr Stewart added: “This is an exciting time for us. The synergy between SunEnviro and Pips Skips will undoubtedly lead to innovative solutions and exceptional service for our customers. We’re looking forward to a bright future filled with growth and better sustainability.”
