Rising stars celebrated at 35 Under 35 Awards 2025

The next generation of leaders in the environmental services sector were celebrated yesterday (17 September 2025) at the 35 Under 35 Awards ceremony, held at ESS Expo.

35 Under 35 Winners

The ceremony was hosted by Savannah Coombe, editor of letsrecycle.com, and Jack Yarrow from Grundon Waste Management, sponsors of the scheme.

Now in its annual edition, the 35 Under 35 Awards recognise talented young professionals driving innovation, leadership and positive change across the industry.

Recognising the top three

Top Three 35 Under 35

As in previous years, the awards not only acknowledged 35 outstanding individuals, but also highlighted three whose achievements were singled out for special recognition.

The Top Three 2025 35 Under 35 status holders are:

  • Kashish Dungar, Robinson Management Services
  • Lauren Holland, Reconomy Connect

These three were praised by the judging panel for their exceptional contributions, leadership qualities and commitment to advancing sustainability and resource management.
