The partnership said it aims to streamline the management of waste across Formula One Autocentre’s 132 branches, including the separation of recyclable and non-recyclable materials such as hazardous waste.
Zest Recycling said it will look to develop new systems to handle the sector’s unique waste streams.
The partnership also aims to plan ahead to ensure the business is compliant with the Simpler Recycling legislation once it comes into effect in April 2025.

Zest Recycle said that it hopes to increase the recycling rates across the sites and will look to engage with staff and stakeholders through initiatives like its “Start Fresh” communication campaign.

Formula One Autocentre employs over 800 staff and provides a range of services including tyres, exhausts, batteries, brakes, clutches, MOTs and car servicing.
