The court heard discussion of a case involving WRAP and materials testing and the company involved was fined.

In mitigation, the company said that it had submitted erroneous paperwork in the operation of two funding agreements from WRAP, but noted that it was agreed by the Crown Prosecution Service that no direct financial gain arose from the contribution.
The amount from WRAP was the exact amount anticipated by the two agreements.
