The company has signed a partnership agreement with Greek-owned injection moulding company Helesi, which has just completed a new 37,000 square foot plant in Bradford.
PM Onboard, known for its Binweigh container weighing and identification system, says the new plant will be the most modern in Europe and will enable it to become a “major player” in the supply of wheeled bin containers.

The injection moulding process will allow PM to turn out the bins in very low quantities and in any colour specified, the company says.
PM's chief executive, Geoff Mountain, said: “Having this class of facility means we can manufacture to order with the flexibility and capacity to supply customers in extremely low quantities with very short lead times.”
Robust
The company says its “robust” high density polyethylene wheeled bin containers are highly resistant to UV radiation, chemical reaction and low temperatures and are available in standard and custom-designed colours.
Bins and spare parts conform to European standard EN 840-1/2 and are produced in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 9001.
Marketing manager Mark Bottomley said the company was aiming for two markets for the new PM wheeled bins, the high volume contracts and also low-volume replacements of up to 2,000 containers for councils that need to top up their stock from time to time.
The company is offering containers in a range of capacities – 80, 120, 140, 190, 240 and 360 litres with two wheels and also four-wheeled containers in the 770, 1000 and 1100 litre sizes.
