Ms Williams joins from Severnside Recycling, and at Wastepack, which operates a compliance scheme and other waste related activities, will be responsible for dealing with specific waste stream areas including concentraing on plastics and composting.
A spokesman for Wastepack said: “She will be researching the state of material streams nationally and international and providing clients with the appropriate solutions for managing recyclate.”
