TEG embarks on joint AD/IVC venture in Wales

In-vessel composting (IVC) specialist TEG has revealed that it is to join forces with AD operator Anagest to build co-located IVC and AD plants in south Wales.

The two companies have agreed to work together to build and operate a 70,000 tonne-a-year capacity IVC facility and a 50,000 tonne-a-year capacity AD facility at Stormydown, near Bridgend.

Our view is that, as the market develops, opportunities in AD are going to be as wide as they are for IVC at the moment
