The company – which produces prepared feeds for farm animals – will now operate under the SugaRich brand.
SugaRich operates in the alternative feed market and creates livestock feed using recovered food.
It said that it operates in the “recovered food industry” and focuses on collection methods, advanced technologies and sustainable systems to help food manufacturers minimise waste, repurpose surplus and reduce environmental impact.

JD Bamber’s production operations will transition into SugaRich sites over the coming weeks.
The company said that it looks forward to continuing to serve its longstanding customers.
It will continue to be led by Jim Bamber.
