This is its fifth contract renewal and has seen several upgrades, including the rollout of blue wheelie bins in 2017.
Three older depots have also been replaced by the council with a waste transfer at Kirk Sandall.
In 2019, Suez launched the Doncaster Environment Fund which has donated over £80,000 to local community groups and charities. The initiative is funded in part through the kerbside collection of small electrical items, where proceeds are reinvested into community projects.
John Scanlon, CEO at SUEZ, said: “We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with the City of Doncaster Council.
“The extension is testament to the strong relationship that we’ve built for over 30 years, and we’re committed to continuing the shared goal of delivering a service that is as sustainable as possible for residents and businesses across Doncaster.”
Kellie Hopkins, service director (environment) at city of Doncaster council, added: “As a council, we are committed to providing the best possible service to residents and Suez share our vision to improve recycling rates and become as sustainable as possible, as quickly as possible.
“We look forward to working together to make greater progress towards this vision, and I want to thank everyone involved for their continued work to create a better service for our communities.”
