Send us your recycling themed Christmas cracker jokes!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas – so much so that letsrecycle.com is delighted to announce the launch of its 2015 Christmas competition, sponsored by McGrath.

christmascrackerbrandingFor many people, Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without sitting down to dinner on 25 December and pulling a cracker or two. The jokes within are invariably rubbish, so that’s why this year we want to enlist your help to find the ultimate recycling and waste-themed Christmas cracker joke.

Readers are invited to send their suggestions for the best (or worst) cracker jokes for the chance to win a bottle of Champagne and free admission to one of letsrecycle.com’s 2016 conferences. All jokes must feature some reference to topics around waste, recycling or the environment to be in with a chance of winning.

We have been hard at work crafting a few jokes already for your inspiration, scroll through our gallery below to see some of our best efforts.

Please send your suggestions to news@letsrecycle.com by 5pm on 3 January, and the winning entry will be announced in the New Year.

If you would like further information or have any questions, please email news@letsrecycle.com or call 020 7633 4500.

This year’s Christmas competition sponsor, London-based McGrath, has been providing the construction and civil engineering sectors with waste management services for more than 40 years.
