‘Pickles fund has helped’ – Jonathan Straight

2013 has certainly “gone very quickly”, Straight chief executive Jonathan Straight has told letsrecycle.com.

He reflected on how 2012 had been a difficult year for the business, partly because of the delay in projects funded by the “Pickles” weekly waste fund.

But, on a more positive note, the chief executive said that 2013 had been brighter with the weekly waste fund money having an impact, the company’s factory in Hull is now fully up and running and Straight as a business had itself been successfully refinanced.
