Legal challenge over bio-aerosols fails in High Court

The High Court in London has ruled that the Environment Agency does not need to take action to test the concentration of bioaerosols in the air around a windrow composting plant outside Bristol following concerns over the impact on local residents.

There is no basis on which it is properly arguable that the approach of the Agency in this regard was irrational
