Grundon reshapes Board as Sullivan-Webb named CEO

Waste management and environmental services company Grundon has announced two changes to its Board of Directors, effective 1 October 2025.

Current Managing Director, Clayton Sullivan-Webb, will move into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while Bradley Smith, currently Sales & Marketing Director, will take on a broader remit as Operations Director.

Commenting on the appointments, Chairman Neil Grundon said: “These new appointments reflect the ever-increasing dynamic growth of the Grundon group and ensure we have the right structure in place to drive the business forward to even greater heights.”

In his new position, Clayton Sullivan-Webb will lead across the wider Grundon group, which now encompasses over nine companies, including wholly-owned operations, joint ventures and investments such as O.C.O Technology and Lakeside Energy from Waste.

His focus will include group-wide strategy, acquisitions and continued growth, both in the UK and internationally.

Sullivan-Webb also serves as a Director of O.C.O Technology Group, a carbon capture and utilisation technology company with operations spanning Asia, North America, Australia and Europe.

Bradley Smith takes over operations

Bradley Smith’s expanded role as Operations Director reflects his growing involvement across the Grundon business.

Building on his leadership of the company’s sales and marketing functions, he will now take full responsibility for operational activities, including areas such as logistics, transport fleet management and service delivery.

Grundon added: “As we look ahead to our 100th anniversary in 2029, it gives me great confidence to know our vision for the future is underpinned by the huge depth of understanding and experience that Clayton and Bradley bring to the table and we are very excited about where our next chapter takes us.”
