The Metropolitan Police has confirmed that enquiries are ongoing into the fatality suffered at the Edmonton EcoPark last week.

Construction of the site has been halted after the fatality on 23 November

“The man, aged in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed.

“An investigation is ongoing, led by the North Area Command Unit. The Health and Safety Executive is providing support. There have been no arrests; enquiries are ongoing.”

An HSE spokesperson said: “HSE is aware of this incident and investigating with the Metropolitan Police.”
