Comply Direct rebrands as ‘Beyondly’

Producer compliance scheme Comply Direct has announced that it has rebranded as Beyondly, effective from yesterday (27 March), describing the shift as a “natural necessity”.

Beyondly, formerly known as Comply Direct, announced its rebrand yesterday (27 March)

The company noted that it is “incredibly proud” of its Comply Direct legacy and the transformative journey the business has been on since starting in 2006.

The B Corp certified business outlined that through Beyondly, it has created a brand that better captures their ‘business for good’ ethos. Beyondly also said that it plans to empower organisations to be confident about their environmental choices.

Beyondly set out its ambition to continue to evolve “as it encourages other organisations to take the right step forward – from compliance obligations to contributing to a circular economy and going beyond net zero”.

‘Purpose driven’

Commenting on the rebrand, Beyondly’s managing director Jessica Aldersley, said: “Our business has always had the ethos to continually strive for a better way and this has undoubtedly been pivotal to our growth and evolution as a business. Through this evolution, we have gone way beyond environmental compliance to become a purpose driven organisation with a vision of a better, fairer, sustainable world for all.”

Ms Aldersley explained that the company has expanded its service offering into the consultancy arena “to meet customer demand, and to help us deliver against our purpose and realise our vision”.

She continued: “Whilst Comply Direct will always hold a very special place in our hearts, we felt it no longer represented who we are, what we can offer, and where we’re heading. We’re all thrilled about the rebrand which we feel encapsulates all that we are.”

To celebrate their rebrand, the company has launched The Beyondly Forest. As part of this, the business said it has dedicated a tree to every customer, partner, supplier and team member. The move is set to help contribute towards Beyondly’s new commitment to plant one million trees through the One Million Tree Pledge initiative.
