The recycling equipment supplier launched Bollegraaf ONE to provide AI-driven insights and data analysis.
The digital offering gives operators the ability to monitor all plant activity through live dashboards, machine data, bunker levels, throughput monitoring, and key performance indicators.
Tom Wijkel, Product Manager and project lead for Bollegraaf ONE, said: “Recycling plants are becoming more complex every year, while expectations for performance continue to rise.
“Our customers need more than data, they need clarity, guidance, and confidence. Bollegraaf ONE delivers exactly that.
“It helps people spend less time reacting to problems and more time improving performance.”
The data platform is now available, having been launched at IFAT 2026 in Munich last week.
Bollegraaf said that the platform has the ability to identify root causes, detect anomalies early, prioritise actions, and receive intelligent recommendations that help teams make better decisions faster.
Bollegraaf works across the waste sorting and recycling sector in North America and Europe, with a growing presence in Africa.
Data insights from Greyparrot
The technology was developed in collaboration with waste data consulting firm WaDaCon.
The firm is powered by Greyparrot and works on optimising recycling plant performance through AI-driven insights.
This means it has access to over 250 analyser units across more than 20 countries.
The AI waste analytics company analysed over 52 billion waste objects in 2025 alone.
