Beauparc begins phased rebrand as Panda across UK

Beauparc has announced a rebrand that will see it operate as single identity “Panda” going forward.

The group, which has been active in the UK since 2012, serves around 15,000 customers across commercial and public sectors.

The phased rebrand will begin today (19 November 2025) and will see its existing UK trading names retired.

The transition will see a number of companies adopt the Panda name, include B&M Waste Services, LSS Waste Management, Peak Waste, Fletchers, Scotwaste and WSR Recycling.

Brian McCabe, CEO of Panda, commented: “Over the past 18 months, we’ve implemented new systems, streamlined operations and built a powerful digital platform to drive future growth.

“Today marks the most exciting step yet, the launch of our new brand, Panda in the UK.

“This rebrand unites our people, culture and technology under one shared mission, setting us up for a bold new chapter.

“With fresh energy, strong values and a future-focused mindset, Panda is ready to move forward, stronger, smarter and more connected than ever.”

Beauparc to take on Panda brand identity

Panda has been a long-established brand in Ireland, where it has operated since 1990.

Beauparc said the shift to a united identity is intended to streamline its structure and align its portfolio across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands, where the group employs more than 3,500 people across 70 sites.

The business operates in waste collection, recycling, energy generation and waste solutions.

According to the group, it is currently investing around £450 million to expand processing capacity and support its ambitions within the circular economy.

John Brosnan, Group Sales & Collections, Integration and Marketing and Comms Director at Panda, added: “We’ve grown significantly in the UK through acquisition, and now is the time to bring our businesses together under one strong identity.

“Our customers will still be working with the same great people, but the move to a single brand allows us to deliver even greater innovation, efficiency, and sustainability across our portfolio.”
