The Northern Ireland-headquartered company said the deal forms part of its wider growth strategy, expanding its product range and capabilities across the UK, Ireland and international markets.
The addition of Lyndex Recycling Systems is expected to enhance CK International’s offering in the channel baler and scrap recycling segment, while broadening its ability to provide integrated recycling solutions.
CK International stated that continuity of service will be maintained for Lyndex customers following the acquisition, alongside access to additional engineering support, spare parts capacity and product development resources.
Paul Conlon, Chairman of CK International, said: “This acquisition represents an exciting opportunity for CK International to expand our offering and strengthen our position within the recycling industry.
“Lyndex brings a wealth of experience, engineering expertise, and a strong reputation in the market, which aligns perfectly with our own values.
“Together, we are well positioned to deliver enhanced solutions and support to our customers.”
Early integration work is already underway, including product development initiatives, expansion of field service coverage and upgrades to production capability.
