Operations Manager (Waste) x 2

Lead essential waste and recycling services for our communities as Operations Manager at either our Ivybridge and Torr Quarry depots or our depot at Hayedown, Okehampton.

You’ll lead supervisors and frontline crews, delivering safe, efficient, reliable and customer-focused services while improving performance and shaping the service’s future.

We’re looking for a confident leader who thrives on challenge and change, with:

· Experience managing frontline operational teams.

· Skills to motivate, develop and hold teams accountable.

· Knowledge of waste, logistics, transport, fleet, street scene or similar services.

· Understanding of health and safety and operational compliance.

· Experience managing employee relations and organisational change.

· Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

· A full UK driving licence.
