From October 2026, mandatory Digital Waste Tracking becomes a legal requirement for all permitted waste receiving sites across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Scotland follows in January 2027. Phase two covering carriers, brokers, dealers and waste exporters follows in October 2027.
