The objectives of the WMBA are: – To promote the Broker model as a viable and beneficial waste management solution – To generally raise awareness of brokerage to Corporate Buyers – To represent the Broker model within the waste management industry with a strong and consistent voice for example to Enforcement Authorities and Legislative Bodies – To professionalise our management of the Supply Chain – To determine a Code of Practice which underpins class leading performance of all WMBA members – To build a Central Compliance Database – To foster good working relationships with other waste industry Trade Associations – Collaboration to produce the Code of Practice as the definitive guide to providing good service
