Spencer has done a tremendous job in building the business to its current position and I am very much looking forward to taking the reins and offering the steady hand of continued and stable growth and development.

“I am consciously aware of our current strengths and weaknesses as a business and am committed to further develop both of these areas as we progress into what promises to be a very exciting future ahead.”
