The outsourced waste management and recycling provider says that the development will mean data entered into Reconomy’s software can be used to automate the population of SmartWaste.
This is expected to remove duplicated work, reduce the likelihood of input error and make data available faster.

The Reconomy portal provides its users with access to management information and reporting capability, as well as accurate data on waste types, volumes and collection or disposal locations. It also shows all material movements and proof of service, in addition to giving access to current and historical invoices.
SmartWaste is BRE’s environmental site monitoring and reporting software, used by construction companies and contractors to manage environmental impact. The system collects data from multiple projects in one place and allows compliance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be managed.
