Scotland confirms ‘all-in’ Deposit Return Scheme

Scotland’s cabinet secretary for the environment, Roseanna Cunningham, has today (8 May) outlined the Scottish Government's proposals for a deposit return scheme (DRS) for drinks containers. As reported by letsrecycle.com
