This is a great opportunity to play a key role in one of the country’s highest performing waste and cleansing services as it is facing a significant change.
Our residents have consistently rated their waste, recycling and cleansing services as excellent with 96% satisfaction in surveys. We are determined to maintain and build on this high standard as we transition into the new West Northants unitary authority ad to secure this level of service for our residents in the future.
This post is based at the Tove Depot.
We need an experienced operations manager that can work with our supervisors to ensure that our in-house workforce maintains its high levels of safety, wellbeing and productivity as we approach and transition. Proven experience of managing operational and workforce issues is required and experience of successful change management will be an advantage.
