The Wastepack Group are expanding the customer liaison function within the Compliance Division, the role will undertake account management to ensure customer needs are met within the legal framework. You will need a detailed knowledge of Packaging Waste Regulations and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations and have an understanding of producer responsibility requirements.
Key responsibilities include developing, executing and maintaining customer care plans; key account retention; handling all queries, issues and requests; preparation, organisation and delivery of data workshops Develop and implement member audits and also attend audits with the regulator. Checking of all data submissions with the Compliance team. Attendance at events to promote new business, and recruitment of new members into the Compliance Schemes. Excellent communication and relationship skills are required, with the ability to produce written reports and adhere to regulatory and internal deadlines.
