As a Purchasing Manager you will join our small team based in Nottingham in actively sourcing waste paper, LDPE Films and Polystyrene from producers across the UK.
In the role you will negotiate prices and grades to maximise profitability, whilst our experience team manages the logistics and administration. You will also be expected to inspect all loads we purchase and undertake quality inspections as part of the role. It will be the Purchasing Managers responsibility to ensure only quality and compliant loads are traded. With the uncapped bonus scheme on offer, there really is huge opportunities. The Purchasing Manager will source material direct from producers in factories, retail and warehousing, as well as merchants, recycling and waste management facilities.
You will have a proven track record in sourcing waste paper / plastics with acute commercial acumen.
